"The dentist I spoke with was actually very friendly and inviting as well as her assistant. However, the front desk secretary was awful I have been a patient of this dentist office for quite a while never did anything fraudulent with my insurance actually my last visit I didn’t even have to come out of pocket because I had a credit because the last secretary over charged my card $136 so it obvious that I handle my business professionally anyway the secretary this particular experience kept going on and on about me not having insurance even though I had my cards and my official paperwork confirming my start date of my policy I set there for over 30 minutes while she continued to call my medical insurance instead of my dental insurance to no avail until finally she very rudely kept implying if I didn’t have insurance I was going to get a bill in the mail which was completely ridiculous and disrespectful who comes to any doctor’s office with no insurance and try’s to commit fraud long story short I requested my dental records and took them to another dentist office who has respect for me and my insurance I changed my insurance because it didn’t cover major work like extraction and root canal only fillings cleaning x-rays and simple stuff which was what I was actually at this previous dentist office For any who at the new dentist office I received the attention I was looking for received my extraction and my filling which my insurance gladly paid for sorry no punctuation’s I was just angry thinking about my experience I disregard everything my fourth grade teacher taught me"
