"I do not recommend Night and Day Dental at ANY location in Charlotte NC. I HAVE WENT TO THREE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS IN CHARLOTTE NC. They are all unorganized. Originally I started at the location at INDEPENDENCE BLVD for my consult. The staff that I met that day was very kind and after the consult I scheduled my first cleaning with them and it went pretty well. I am very particular about where I go because of past experience but because my first experience at Night and Day Dental on Independence was well I schedule my next routine cleaning 6 months out around 9am or 10am. I showed up 6 months later for my 2nd routine cleaning and I informed the receptionist that I was there for my 9am or 10am appointment and I gave her my information. She told me I wasn’t on the schedule. I told her that’s weird because I just called the other day because I forgot what time my appointment was. She then told me that it looks like someone canceled my appointment. I told her that I didn’t cancel or reschedule my appointment. She told me that they tried to reach me and left a voicemail. As I was standing there I thought oh maybe I missed it but I receive no calls or voice mail. She didn’t offer to fit me in or anything and told me to reschedule. I said no big deal things happen and I had to reschedule earliest was a month out. A few weeks have passed and I had a concern about my teeth so I called night and day independence to see if they recommend I be seen because I didn’t want to take up an appointment slot if it was for nothing. I waited about 20 minutes to speak to someone and then was on hold for another 30 minutes so hung up and I called Nigh and Day Cornelius and they scheduled me an appointment. When I showed up for that appointment all was well so I asked them to change my appointment from Night and Day Independence to Night and Day Cornelius because it was also closer to where I live in Huntersville. I showed up for my dental cleaning at 1pm about 10 minutes early. I walked up to the door and it was dark and locked I thought maybe they’re on lunch still so I went back got my car. Around 1:05pm I walked up to the door again and it was still locked and dark. I called the number on the window which then led me to Night and Day Concord. I informed the lady on the phone that I have an appointment at 1pm and she told me that she’ll take a look at things. She returned to the phone and told me that the location I was at closes on Wednesday. I was livid because no one called me or texted me regarding my appointment if anything I did receive a text message 30 minutes before my appointment reminding me that I have an appointment on that day at 1p. The lady on the phone informed me that they have only 2 hygienist shared between 3 offices. The lady on the phone was very kind so I rescheduled to Night and Day CONCORD. I originally reschedule again from Oct 5th with concord to Nov 30th with concord. I called off work for Nov 30th to attend my appointment. I received a text message today at 7:12pm that unfortunately due to not havingy a hygienist they have to reschedule my appointment tomorrow until further notice. The whole schedule and reschedule deters me from going to any night and day dental locations."

"We had a dental emergency tonight with our 7 year old and cannot thank the entire staff of this office enough! Dr King was extremely kind and compassionate and put us all at ease. Not only was the Dr great but the front desk ladies and her dental assistant Kordell were over the top kind and caring. They all took the time to make sure my son was aware of everything being done and calmed his anxiety. Thank you so much for such a great experience. Your compassion truly meant a lot to us!!"
