AAA Dental Office

"I will start with saying that they did a lot of fillings in one day witch I thought for the drive was great. I got home my teeth were glued completely together from the filling bonding. my bite is off so bad only one tooth touches. Some of the fillings don't cover the whole spot that needed repaired. I have bonding on teeth that had no cavity's dr.von took it upon himself to shave my fang and front teeth down level with my others for a reason I am not even sure of cuz my front tooth now has this odd wave in it that it did not have when I went. the sensitivity from them being shaved has prevented me from eating or drinking unless it's soft and Luke warm. hard cold or hot food is a no no. I have also had 2 fillings fall out with in the first month of getting them done currently working with another dentist to see if my teeth can be saved but honestly I may need to rip em all out it is so bad. I went in eating fine with a cavity on my front tooth concerning me I left with an entire mouth full of problems. I wish I could say I recommend, but the dentist refuses to even comment on his work and why he made the choices he did. 10 out of 10 if u want dentures instead of good teeth go to Dr.von"

"I DO NOT recommend this practice! I had a first time appointment here today a 3:00pm. I arrived at 2:45pm, after waiting 15 min for someone to greet me I was giving my paperwork to fill out. After filling out the paperwork and turning it back in the time is now 3:51pm and I am STILL waiting to be seen! That’s 51 minutes past my appointment time that I have been waiting!! Absolutely ridiculous, this place needs to be more considerate of their patients time !"

"A fantastic place. My grandchildren just turned 18 and now have a dentist of their own. The Dr and staff are kind and friendly. They made this transition very easy. Both are special need but functioning a d this place really understands them. I deeply appreciate all their help and kindness. I highly recommend them to everyone."

"From start to finish I was informed and treated kindly by all staff members. They assured me that fillings are covered by my Medicaid plan prior to having work done. Communicated effectively with each other including me, did an overall great job professionally and personally. I am elated to have found them, total gem."

"Dr. Vo is the worst dentist ever. He lacks compassion and a sense of what the customer are trying to convey to him. The office claims they accept Medicaid then quickly turned a filling situation into a cosmetic procedure. And wanted me to pay out of pocket. I feel like time was wasted and my intelligence was taken advantage of. I have never had such a horrible dentist experience in my life. The only positive was the office allowed me to bring my 4 year old son."
