"We used carpet center when we moved into our home 4 years ago and were very happy with the installation and quality of the carpet. The price was very reasonable. Our home was completely destroyed by hurricane Florence and the carpet center worked with us to replace our carpets and to restore what was damaged. The things above are probably what you want to know in a review, because they are important but what I want to share with you is what stood out to me about the carpet center. They are a business of integrity and let me tell you, going through this whole process of rebuilding our home, that is a rare jewel to find. They quoted fair prices, showed up when they said they would, fixed mistakes quickly if they were made, had wonderfully positive attitudes, were communicative and did quality work. I would choose the carpet center every time, 100%, for any carpet needs."
