"This review is for the help mainly the front desk returns. Typically there are 3-4 people sitting there at any given time. You walk in to return something and they are too busy with their nose in a computer or on phone. Not enough common courtesy to look up and even acknowledge the customer with eye contact. Your in line and other customers cut in as no one tells them where the line is. Finally get waited on and they just hold their hand out without saying a word. These people have the personality of a tree stump and should not be waiting on customers."

"I had a wonderful experience here! Being a female I don’t know much about tools. Went in n Brett was called to help me. He was fantastic!! We couldn’t find the exact set I was looking for but he didn’t give up! He climbed to the top shelves and found something so similar! And the exact same price I was looking for! He went over every tool in set and made sure I knew what I was getting! Even stopped by the check out to say bye. He was very knowledgeable, kind and so energetic about his job! Brett is the reason I will go back! Thank you Brett, my brother loved the tool set!!"

"They have no clue what there doing. We're supposed to deliver fence mths ago. I tried to cancel. They charged my credit card. Said I can't get money back till they deliver.well they delivered something today but it wasn't fence. Johnny at store who claims he is manager refused to come get it."
