"Stocked with solid organic, fresh choices. Good selection off beer and decent wine. My granddaughter had strawberry ice cream which was hard as a rock. Took some time to thaw but she had a hard time waiting. As far as the staff, lackluster and couldn't care less that we were there."

"I love Veggie Wagon, and we stop by every so often for take and bake meals or milkshakes. My only complaint is that for a place with veggie in its name, there generally aren't as many fresh veggies as one might expect. While there are some vegan and gluten free options (we are grateful for the made to order vegan milkshakes!), it would be nice if there were more take and bake options for folks with dietary restrictions. That being said, I highly recommend shopping here, as you are sure to find some delicious snacks!"

"IS THIS HEAVEN? No, it' the Veggie Wagon! I've been going here for years, but not the Masonboro location, I just discovered it the other day driving down my favorite road in Wilmington, NC! I was originally going to write about the amazing Thai Wrap, but just this week while I was waiting in line, I saw the incredible flavors of milkshakes they offer, usually everywhere I go I ask if they have any non-dairy offerings and I'm met with a NO, but not at the Veggie Wagon! The clerk got really excited telling me about the total vegan offering and my mouth was watering as she told me about it! My all time favorite flavor is Mint Chocolate Chip, so I asked for that after she told me she could make any of the flavors they offered in a vegan version. OMG!!! This was the best shake I've had since giving up dairy when I hit my 40's, (almost 20 years ago). I sat in my car and devoured it before I even got out of the parking lot! What I really liked was the amount of chips they put in, which took me back to the salad days of daily D.Q. Blizzards, yes I used to eat one daily back in the day! What a treat, but yet there is more to this review! When I first found this new location (to me) a few weeks ago I tried the Thai Veggie Wrap and it was out of this world! Since then I've driven over there for 3 more! Since becoming Vegan about 15 years ago, it's been very hard to find anything that I really enjoy when I eat out, and when I do find a place, it seems like it closes down, but now I have a go too place to get a tasty, healthy lunch without breaking the bank! Last week, I went there to purchase the Thai Wrap for me, and the Chicken Salad Wrap for my wife to take out on our boat! It was perfect they come in great containers that keep everything protected and ready for a day on the water! If you have not been to the Veggie Wagon, what are you waiting for? They are awesome!"
