"Have been bringing my child to the Mallard Creek location for years with a great experience each time, but the recent visit to the new Mallard Creek location in Feb 2024 was jarring. We were rushed in and out of the appointment at breakneck speed, and the staff were courteous but in that fake way which was more focused on getting the job done asap. The front desk staff weren’t the best, more focused on chit-chatting amongst themselves than listening to patients, and the nurse we had wasn’t great either and really rushed us. Although the dentist was good with my child (as always), this wasn’t the same great experience as previous years."

"The hygienists are very kind and caring. At the end of the cleanings, they always come out and speak with me and let me know how my kids' teeth are looking. If there is a cavity, usually they can fill it right then. I really appreciate that I don't have to make another trip. However, at the end of my trip, I tried to schedule our next 6 month cleaning and was told they didn't have any appointments for another 11 months. Update: Someone contacted me and was able to get my children their 6 month appointments much sooner than originally scheduled. She was very helpful."
