"I learned more about my teeth in one visit here with Dr. Lidia Simeonova than I’ve learned in all the dentist visits I’ve had elsewhere combined! The new dentist (Lidia) is absolutely wonderful. She has a passion for teaching and she quickly learns people’s personalities. She used to teach at NYU, has two DDS degrees, and is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I’m used to hearing the same repetitive and simplified insight from any dentist I’ve gone to, but Lidia took the time to give me a personalized understanding of the unique strengths and weaknesses my teeth have that are different from other people. I feel so much more confident in how to care for my teeth both now and in the coming decades. My visits with her have been the best dentist visits I’ve ever had, and I’d recommend her to anyone. "I drive far for a good dentist and dental hygienist. They're worth it. Kind and personable. Priceless. I was very satisfied with my new crowns from the previous dentist. The new dentist ( and owner of the practice)came to introduce herself to me and gave a thorough checkup after my dental cleanse. Unheard of and highly appreciated. I believe she will be great and thorough."

"Finally a great dentist!!! Doctor Lidia is simply amazing and I'm so soooo lucky to have found her! After 13 years in USA I already gave up on the hope of meeting a good dentist here - one who truly cares about their patients' teeth and well-being and not only about the money! Doctor Lidia is extremely patient and careful, she explained to me stuff that no one has before about my teeth and health in general. From the exam she immediately knew what I've been through and she even told me that I sleep mostly on my right side lol! She took the time to answer all of my questions and add additional explanation of the recommended procedures - for the first time in 13 years all the "why"s were answered!!! I felt like I am important, I've forgotten how that felt , but Doctor Lidia returned my trust in dentists! One sees immediately that she is extremely good in what she does and she loves it - no one can fake passion and she's super passionate about her job and the importance of helping people! That's how all dentists and doctors should be. Doctor Lidia is a great example for all of them!!! During my first visit she cleaned my teeth (I almost fell asleep that's how gentle she was, it was a true SPA experience!) and after she examined my teeth (x-rays and other pics included and shared with me) she took a lot of time to explain to me all the recommended procedures. Second visit - four fillings - one of them was extremely close to the nerve and I am sure that if I would have gone to another dentist and not her I would have ended with a root canal! I have no doubt about it! She was extremely gentle and I had a nice rest on the dentist chair. I can't believe that I am saying this, but I can't wait to go for my next 2 fillings next Thursday! :))) After that a crown will follow. I feel that I am in great hands with Doctor Lidia and I recommend her wholeheartedly to everyone! We are blessed to have such a good dentist in our beautiful Charlotte! PS - The office is nice and clean and the staff cooperative and supportive, see pics attached."

"Best dental office I’ve ever been to! The front desk staff is so kind and very easy to work with. Amber, my hygienist was absolutely amazing. Caring, warm, understanding and highly skilled. She explained everything and did an extremely thorough job. I’m an esthetician and am very detail oriented with my facials. I felt like my teeth had a facial or even a massage lol. Amber found some glue from an old retainer left on a tooth and removed that and also spied that I was grinding my teeth at night. So happy to be able to fix my morning jaw stiffness! Sr Smith was friendly as well. Seriously, I was relaxed. My entire family will be coming to this office. Love them and my teeth feel amazing! You’re in good hands coming to this office."
