"It really bothers me when people are just plain rude when there is absolutely no reason to be. It's behavior that I thought most people left behind in middle school. I called them several months ago and explained what I was looking for. I had a disagreement with the receptionist about the blood serum test AKA "Clifford Test," based on an expert opinion I read online that it is inadequate in many ways. The Receptionist just thought I had issues "trusting." Anyway, I decided more recently that that was a small disagreement, and I thought Dr. Godley would be a good dentist to go to for getting one's nutrition optimized, in addition, although VERY EXPENSIVE (the first appointment is $395) his work seemed like it would be a good investment as he wants you to maintain a certain saliva Ph so the teeth do not continue to decay over the next 20-30 years. I called requesting an appointment and emailed trying to clarify and clear up the earlier disagreement, giving the links to the expert opinions I had been trying to explain earlier. I called and left another message some days later. Nobody ever picked up the phone, and nobody ever replied to the email or returned my calls. Feeling confused I used another phone this afternoon and the receptionist picked up and explained that the dentist does not provide the services I am requesting. OK, that's fine, I don't have any issue with him not providing certain services, although I'm not exactly clear on what they are. Really, she did not have to refuse to answer any emails, refuse to pick up the phone and not return any calls. It would have taken two seconds just to send a polite email response, or pick up the phone and explain briefly the situation! She was quite patronizing as well on the phone calls I did have with her. I think all this kind of rude behavior is right out of middle school and does not belong anywhere in the adult professional world. They really need to learn how to run a professional office and treat people with respect. I had the audacity to think for myself and express my own opinions, maybe that was the problem."
