"I could leave zero stars if I could. My entire life I have been consistent going to the dentist at least twice a year, never had a cavity and have lived in many cities/states. Never have I had such a terrible experience. To start, I arrived right at 8 am and it took almost 20 minutes to be taken back and that was with me doing their paperwork digitally beforehand. I had xrays 6 months ago at another location which they were aware of, and were still insisting I got them again knowing insurance does not pay. They insisted they would cover the cost and then proceed to try to force me to take out all of my earrings which wasn’t possible since most were new and you can’t remove new pierced earrings. I’ve been getting dental X-rays my whole life never has anyone ever asked me to remove my jewelry. I told them I cut my gum on my retainer the day before and they proceeded to poke it with their metal instruments and say I think you have a gum issue when I literally told them a minute ago I cut it by accident last night. All of this to say I went through all of this and they refused to clean my teeth and made me come back next day. No one ever told me this was a two-day ordeal when I called to make this “teeth cleaning” appointment. It was almost impossible for me to last minute take off more work for this. To finish, the teeth cleaning the next day was miserable. She was so rough and prying my mouth open even holding my face back when I told her to stop. I should have read reviews prior, please save your time, energy and peace and go anywhere else!"

"This was my first time being seen by this dental office. All around great visit! Professional yet friendly. They have the latest technology. Dentist, Dental Assistant, Receptionist, Hygienist and Treatment coordinator made me feel important and they were all very knowledgeable. Very clean and neatly organized throughout!"

"Close to my house and I needed a new dentist so went here for a check up. Place is super high tech and cool. Woman who took my X rays and stuff was super nice as was the dentist. They walked me through what I needed to have done and all was good. Would have been 5 stars at that point. Then they sent in the closer to tell me how much it was going to cost and try to get me to pay for it all in advance. Suddenly I felt like I was at a time share presentation and there was no way they were going to let me out without collecting some funds to help pay off all their cool high tech equipment. It seemed super expensive and the closet didn’t listen to much of anything I was trying to say. She wanted to schedule me that afternoon and when I told her how busy my schedule was she said hey could do the next morning (my calendar does not work like that). The whole experience was pretty sour so I decided to go get a second opinion on all the work and move to a new dentist after that single visit. I felt a little bad because I really liked the doctor and the rest of the staff but that is not what I want or need from medical professionals I deal with. If it’s all about the money I am out!"

"This place has changed how I feel about getting dental work done. I have severe dental anxiety but Dr. Ganglani made me feel at ease. He was very thorough with explaining the process and was also confident that my procedure would go smoothly. He listened when I expressed my concerns and he made sure to go over them all. I have been to many different dentist’s where they pretend to care but this is the only one I can say is sincere and I fully trust them. If you deal with dental anxiety/dental phobia go see them and ask for Dr. Ganglani!"
