"Had my vehicle towed through this company, he was two hours late, and then once he arrived, he dropped my 2015 sonata off of the tow truck, not once but twice!!! Towed my vehicle, with it partially hanging off the side of the tow truck the entire drive which was 1.3 miles to the mechanic. Have video footage from my job, thank goodness we have cameras!!! Totaled my vehicle, a lot of major damage to exterior and undercarriage, front and rear suspension damage. Once I reached his company 15 min later, to obtain insurance information, he was passed out in the drivers seat of his tow truck, with a carton of cigarettes in his lap, with the door open and had urinated on himself. When I finally got him awake, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He admitted to dropping my vehicle off the tow truck and stated he didn’t care because he had an insurance policy. My roadside assistance sent him to tow my vehicle and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!"

"Locked my keys in my vehicle at the Walmart called 24/7 Towing, Rate was $50 they were very prompt said they'd be there in 20 min. They arrived within the 15-20 min range and had my door open within 3 min. Thanks again!"

"The guy was a older gentleman he really didn't want to do the job, he was ruled. I had to help him unload the car. The older gentleman was just barely moving around. This is not a bad review this a true review."

"Took over an hour to show up and also brought the wrong truck after I told them I needed to ride because it was me and my daughter. Instead they had another guy riding with them. Also left the card scanner and acted mad that I had to get cash because I thought he'd have a way to take debit. So me and my daughter also had to call and wait for a cab."
