"I visited this hair salon for the first time because I live in Indiana. Rating for serviceability. kindness and expertise is a pure 10, but unfortunately it only has 5 stars. Jeniffer for professionally done work, if there is an award for it, it is an OSCAR.Before great clip, I visited several salons in Fort Mill, SC...need to make an appointment a few days in advance, great discourtesy as if they were doctors. Great clip, the ladies make it on the computer... you wait 10 minutes and that's it. THANK YOU"

"I went to take my mother to get her hair cut. We provided Ashley a picture of hair just below her shoulders. We told her that since my mothers hair is wavy/curly, it will shrink, so she will need to cut it a little longer. She did not listen, and she kept cutting shorter and shorter. When my mother walked out, her hair had dried, and it had curled to her CHIN. We noticed it was uneven, but we hoped it was just her curls. When we got home, we straightened it, and we saw it was uneven. She’s in a wheelchair, so we don’t go to salons often; we prefer to have it done at home. We wanted to do something new for a change, and I wish we didn’t. I tried to call to see how they can fix it, but I was met with voicemail every time. I am going there tomorrow to see if I can get a refund because I am very disappointed."

"Not usually a long wait no matter if there are people ahead of you. They normally have a good amount of stylists working and the online check in is pretty convenient. Since they keep the details of my cut on my profile I get a consistent cut no matter the stylist. Plenty of parking and the location is convenient."
