"Last time I went to get a pedicure the nail tech did not ask me if I wanted my toe nails trimmed or shaped. They kept speaking Vietnamese and ignored my questions. I used to love going their. I also ended up with an ingrown toe nail. Nail polish on my skin. For the amount I pay for the Deluxe Pedi $80 after tip. They should be on ot, and treating their customers better."

"I came here in a group to get my nails done and the manicure itself wasn’t bad but the lady doing my nails made me extremely uncomfortable. She told me “it looks like you need your eyebrows done” and I played it off and said it had been awhile and she said “I can tell” and sent me to the chair to get them waxed. I naturally have a hard time with growing my eyebrows out but she took way too much off and while she was waxing my eyebrows she got wax in my hair and cut my hair without telling me what she was doing I and my party was horrified. That didn’t even get all of the wax out and I am sitting here with half of my hair matted with wax trying to figure out how to get all of it out. I felt truly insecure and pressured to get my eyebrows waxed in the first place and I wanted a refund but the sign said no refunds although this is truly a service that deserves one. I will not be returning to this place, I will be sticking to my usual nail and waxing salon."

"Worst place to get your nails done ! The lady didn’t care about my nails or the colors I wanted. The nails are ugly and I kept it professional bc she take care of her mother other than that I WOULD NEVER give them my money Again !!!!! She filed my thumb and it started bleeding I had to go to the doctor and it got infected!"

"Okay so at about 3pm today I sent my daughter into Walmart by herself to get her nails done while I stayed in the truck and returned a few company calls. My 16yr old daughter got back to the car Very Unhappy, and frankly I'm upset too with the poor workmanship and quality. Not what is advertised in the pictures online. Time in was 3:51, time out 4:26. Angel even told me how good the customer's nails looked that got up right before her! What is It? Because it's a teenage girl by herself you wanna cheapen up on the quality?! I bet if I, her Father, would have been there it wouldn't have happened I Know it wouldn't have, I'd have called it out on the spot! Very upset, poor quality, Not worth the $53 that I paid, could have gotten a kid to follow instructions better and put a little effort into it! The hand drawn picture is the rough draft of what my daughter actually handed the lady and described what she wanted. The other pictures are what she received. Not happy"
