"very rude. laughed in our faces i went with my friend and was very disappointed. i had the black nails with simple designs, nothing too fancy. she ripped my thumb nail off without soaking or any warning. my nail was already damaged and she said that my nail needed replacement even though it did not. i was simply coming in for a fill in. she laughed in my face when i told her i wanted gel polish as if hundreds of other people don’t come in every day getting gel polish. i was then told that i would be charged for a complete full set even though she only “fixed” one nail. once i complained, she brought the price down and immediately started speaking another language to the guy beside her. overall is was a very uncomfortable and horrible experience. getting your nails done should not hurt and you should leave getting exactly what you came in there for."

"My friend and I went here yesterday 11/10/2021 for full acrylic sets. When we walked into the door, the older woman was sitting at the nail table eating boiled peanuts. She told me to pick my color and sit down and placed my friend beside of me. I sat down and she started.. never washed her hands after eating. I told her I wanted almond shaped. $5 extra. (Which is fine but this is not almond shaped this looks like pistachio shells on my fingers.) *the messed up paint is my fault because I didn’t let them fully dry but the shape is way off from what I wanted and she GLOBBED top coat on. I had to scrape it off of my fingers after I left. My friend had the older gentleman, he CUT her finger with fingernail clippers, which happens I understand, but none of their supplies were clean. The files, clippers, electric file, all been reused on multiple people while we were there. I will say, they are both extremely nice people but after this I will not be going back!"
