"I haven't gotten my nails done since 2021 and usually end up actually hating the experience. That was definitely not the case here. I had an appointment and did wait a little bit but that doesn't bother me. Not everyone shows up to appointments so taking someone first when they are physically there doesn't upset me, after all it is a business. Jimmy educated me on new products and really took to my natural nails instead of just chopping them off like everyone else has in the past. That alone made me extremely comfortable. I'll definitely be back!"
