"Saturday appointment !!! They called and said I could come in early, which was great as I had a terrible tooth ache. Ended up having to remove the tooth, that got complicated do to previous work done on the tooth. I was having a terrible reaction to the procedure. They actually stopped working a couple of times to ease the process. Such caring people !! Even gave me her private contact info (if I had problems) I could contact her directly, she was genuinely concerned for me……. Thank you again"

"The good first. The staff were friendly and they were open on Saturday which is difficult to find from a dentist. Now for the bad. I called to set up an appointment for a dental cleaning. The receptionist put me down for a 2 pm cleaning and examination and gave me a price for each. When I'm driving to my appointment, I get a phone call from the dentist. Being that I was on the highway I couldn't answer. Once I arrived, the receptionist said that she attempted to call and couldn't reach me. At no point did she tell me that they would not be doing a cleaning, which was the sole reason that I made the appointment. I paid for the exam in advance, which I felt was odd. The only other dentist that I went to in the area was Main Street Dentistry in Pineville, and you pay your bill after you are treated. After the exam I'm led back out to reception. I ask about the cleaning and I'm told that they don't do cleanings after 2:30. Keep in mind my appointment was at 2 pm. I can only assume that the random phone call was to tell me that they canceled the service I requested but it would have been professional to inform me upon arrival that that the one service I requested was canceled."

"The office staff is friendly, but unorganized. They don't have a dental hygienist in office every day for routine cleanings only Saturdsys and Friday's."

"This is the place I will recommend to anyone, I went to many places before, unfortunately I had bad service and experience. But when I came to this place in really feel good they are really professional, Doctors and assistance have knowledge. This is a great Dentist."

"John is a very good dentist. However it seems that 75% of the employees there do not speak English. It's very frustrating as a patient. I called this morning to confirm an appointment and the greeting is in Spanish and I can't understand them. I guess I have no other choice but to find another dentist. John is really good though."
