"Been a customer with 4 other family members over 10 years...never again....had a dentist appointment today 12/28/2023 at an employee name Christina called me 2 h before my appointment to tell me its canceled first because I didn't confirmed the appointment which is not true.The day before I had a text message asking me confirm my appointment by texting bck the letter C which I did.Then the same lady Christina proceed to tell me that I needed to do a verbal confirmation, i told her whats the purpose of sending text messages the day before if I have to do a verbal confirmation???. She continue telling me that they are short staff and I need to find another dentist. This is absolutely sad to see how this company have absolutely no control other the text messages that they send their customers ..you can confirm an appointment that was schedule 6 months ago and still be canceled few hours before ... DO NOT GO TO THEM they are very unorganized ‼️"

"I made an appointment for my son and was never told about their grace period for being late. I tried to call to notify that I would be a few minutes late and got a voice-mail. I walked in the door 9 minutes late and was told I would need to be rescheduled because her clock said 12:11. She was very rude and couldn't even look at me. I will never go back nor recommend this practice to anyone. 0 STARS! THUMBS DOWN"

"Very happy with my visit today. This was the most pleasant Dentist experience I’ve ever had. I was a new patient and everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I made an appointment yesterday and only waited a couple minutes in the waiting room. The office is very nice, with a TV in each exam room (which was a very nice bonus). Dr. Patel was outstanding, someone I connected to and trusted immediately. I would absolutely recommend Friendly Dental to anyone and will be back."
