"I talked to Deborah to enquire for an appointment for my whole family and she asked what is our insurance. When I told her our type of insurance, she said that she never heard of it. She said, you need to check what clinic who’s accepting your insurance around the area. I told her our company shows they are In network. She just seem don't want to talk and said, just check it ok…. And hang up. I rechecked it and Reimels Dentistry is In-Network in my Insurance, my Dental Plan is even High but me and my Family are not going to this clinic. Very unprofessional."
