You can literally text the automated messaging system to message the receptionist which has been so handy in sending documents as well as coordinating appointments. Not to mention, they clean my teeth amazingly. Not every practice does a good job of cleaning around my permanent retainer but every time I've gone to City Dental, my teeth are cleaned perfectly and the spot under my retainer feels so smooth and nice (thank you Mindy!!)
