"I booked a party for my daughter and four friends. I chose the pedicures face mask and aromatherapy.  It was a surprise for my daughters birthday. I would like to express my disappointment in the services that I paid almost 200 dollars. They didn't get the foot soak tubs ( that shown in the picture) they did even get a "light file" they got their toe nails painted.  The mask was a few fingers swipes on the face! I am super disappointed with the service! There wasn't even any acknowledging the birthday girl from the staff( Emilie) it was a good thing the tip was included because I definitely don't think 18% was earned! I truly hope that this is not your normal expected service from your employees.  I decided to do cake at home so we didn't need the plates and etc but they didn't even have the water or juice boxes that were also advertised.  I am normally not the one to complain but I wanted to communicate my disappointment."
