"Stay away of this company, they don't provide customer service at all, the just sell the product, do the install, but the quality is not good at all, poor quality, I did install a floor less than 2 years ago, and I have a tile broken because when they did the install they didn't level the floor up accordingly, if you have problem with the floor due to the quality, or you have a tile broken, forget it, there is no warranty, what they say at the beginning is just selling, you are by your own, Brayan says that they have been in business since 1986, but it seems he never learned about customer service."

"They have poor customer service. I have a master shower that I have been waiting 2 years for them to fix. They won't even return a call. Also vinyl flooring that pops and clicks from the first day."

"terrible first they put tile in both my bathrooms with in a week 6 were cracked. this was in June 2018 after numerous calls they finally scheduled to replace them in December 6 months after i first contacted them. i took the day off and of course they don't show by 9am so i call and was told they couldn't do it because it was raining. so i wasted a day for nothing they reschedule for 2 weeks later and my wife takes the morning off because they said it wouldn't take long. well he shows up gets cracked tile up and leaves for 4 hrs for a doctors appointment. he returns finishes and leaves. one of the tiles next to the one he replace cracked and one of the ones he replaced was higher than the rest so i call and am told they will order more tile and replace them that was January it is now mid march and i'm still waiting. don't waste your money on this company."
