"Overall a good dentist office but the last 2 hygienist I have came across came off a little disrespectful. They constantly try to imply certain things in a negative way while acknowledging the facts in front of them. I was pleasant though out both visits, the next one probably won’t go as they planned If I feel any disrespect is intended."

"Be aware they do not let parents go back with their children. My son is autistic and when they called him back I got up to go with him. They stopped me and said I had to wait in the lobby. In what world would a parent send their young neurodivergent child alone to a dr or dentist office? I voiced my concern and they said if I wanted to come back I would have to make another appointment to have a private room because of “Covid.” Mind you, the last time we were there 6 months ago we had a private room and they are very much aware of his special needs. I will be finding another dentist for him and his sister unfortunately."

"Everyone was friendly and bubbly. The dental assistant was very empathetic and understanding. The dentist and hygienist made everything easy to understand, they were thorough with which treatments were needed, and they didn’t nickel and dime me about a bunch of services I don’t need. I recommend this place to my boyfriend to go for his next appointment and I used to anyone who asks. As someone who hates going to the dentist, I am looking forward to receiving my services from Gaston dental Associates!"

"Everything was great. I really would give 5 stars but appearances are important, the waiting room really needs some attention. I hope new chairs are in the works. Staff that I dealt with were wonderful."

"The staff are kind, courteous and helpful; and Dr. Lassiter is knowledgeable, empathetic (has great chairside manner… if you will) and preforms tasks expertly and efficiently. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. He helps take the anxiety out of dental treatment. I would recommend any and everyone. Daniel L."
