"Waste of time. Dismissive and unhelpful. Wouldn't even offer to help me with 12 interior doors. Just said have to wait weeks or more. Didn't get out of his chair to even help with option to potentially order."
"Walked in on June 4 and spoke with Tyler to get a price on shoe moulding. He quoted me a specific price. I walked in today June 11, and Matt assisted me and quoted me a different price for the same product. When I asked Tyler about the price, he acknowledged it, but Matt blew it off in an obnoxious manner. Customer service is obviously not a top priority here. I came back here because I was extremely happy with the way Tyler presented himself the first time. But disappointed that he didn’t stand behind his original quote."
"Way better price than other home improvement stores especially if you are doing a bigger project. The store itself is kind of creepy how big it is and there is never anyone inside. Putting an order together with a sales person who types it up is like a blast from the past."
