"Glasses were hot for tequilla shots and a beer on a Friday night prior to the ECU game. I get that the bar was probably busy but that's never happened to me."
"I ordered the Butterfly effect to start off, it was a light drink that could be a great summer cocktail but the blance of flavors was off. I ordered an Old Fashioned next, something I try at every cocktail bar I visit. The drink was watered down and the glassware warm. There was a lot of ice in the drink, as much as you would put in a soda. I asked if they wouldn't mind making it again and they did with no problem, however it was still watery but had zero ice. She said she had them make it neat (something I didn't request) but it was chilled and had obviously been shaken or stirred with ice which makes it not neat and still watered down. We left after a group of 15 people came up to the rooftop with 7 kids who were all running around playing and being loud. It is unfortunate that a bar with such a great view in an adorable town is missing the basics of craft cocktails. The atmosphere, including the cheap patio couch with cushions falling off, is simply not worth 12-15 dollars a drink."
"It's a neat little rooftop lounge at the Horton Hotel. They have an eclectic assortment of cocktails and a nice selection of beers. The views are amazing. There's a fire pit."
