Perfect Nails and Spa

"WARNING(this is a long review) I recently had my nails done for the holidays and it was a little over 2 weeks and I wanted them off. Decided to google places nearby and looked up reviews and took my chances in which I regretted after my visit here. I called ahead of time to ask if they took walk ins and if it was ok for me to come in to soak off my nails and get a manicure done. The young man working the front desk was super nice to me. The older lady I got on the other hand was rude. She sat me at the far end table. She first used someone else’s nail clippers to cut my nails off which is unsanitary. She then soaked my nails in acetone but thing is she left my nails to soak off for almost an entire 45 minutes. She left the acetone bowl on a hot plate so I had no choice but to keep taking my hands in and out of the bowl due to it getting so hot. She didn’t scrape the gel off my nails she drilled them off sending chunks of my nails everywhere. It was on my shirt and in my hair. Keep in mind she never sat down once. She was too busy tending to clients that were well known and regulars than me even though I had gotten there first. The drill bit she was using was not clean and after she used it she put it in the bowl I was soaking my nails in while they were still soaking! So unprofessional so unsanitary. I didn’t get the manicure paid for. She didn’t trim my cuticles or anything. My nails were still in pieces. She didn’t do anything but tend to other clients and FaceTime her family on her phone. I will not be back here."

I have absolutely loved every set of nails she has ever done for me! If I don’t know what I want she always guides me in the right direction. I am so thankful to have a nail place where I always feel welcome and I know they genuinely care!"

I always leave with a smile and love my nails, lashes, and wax. I can not brag on this establishment enough. Affordability priced and accommodating."

I saw Maria today and she did so good, she’s very friendly and my nails look great. The place is clean and the staff is professional. I’ll definitely reschedule with Maria."
