"I am literally still in the parking lot. Came for a regular manicure, and my nails look worse than when I arrived. Asked multiple times for them to just fix it in any way, and he pretty much told me this is as good as its gonna get. "My cuticles are too thick" I had to ask to clean underneath my nails This is the absolute worst manicure I've ever had. I could've done a better job myself. Thought I'd give them a try because they're close to home. Awful mistake. UPDATE 11.8.23 I went back to take the "manager" up on their offer to fix my nails Upon my arrival, a guy said they don't fix nails and I can read the policy. I asked him who wrote the response to my review, and he shrugged his shoulders. He also added, "If you don't like this place, you can go somewhere else." Well, I DON'T like this place. I thought they had learned SOMETHING, anything about customer service in the past few days. Clearly, I was wrong. I will be going somewhere else, obviously, and you should too."
