"Die hard 49ers fan. Very disappointed by the lack of team gear on the store and lack of sizes. Literally 7 shirts in an entire store. Other ball clubs with much less success are plastered all over the place. Fans are everywhere, 7 shirts for a top 10 franchise is ridiculous. Also sports fans that buy are typically grown men. Why do the sizes stop at XL?"

"They didn't want me to exchange a hoodie I bought that was to small for my husband the next day they said it smelled like smoke but the customers behind us that don't smoke said they couldn't smell it lol. What a joke!!!! I'll never spend another dime in there. I spent almost $300 in there!!"

"A little small. While it isn't as tiny as one of the shops that only carry the hats, it is heavy on jerseys and tshirts. Not a lot of other items that fans or folks wanting to find gifts for fans to choose from."

"The Worst customer experience I have ever experienced. For some reason the people at this store can not perform simple math. The have no ability to exchange an item of equal value. I got a hat for Christmas came back to exchange it for the size needed and a color swap. I had the receipt and all items that were bought on the receipt and I still had to go back to lids twice to have the competent employee there help me figure the situation out. I can guarantee that I will share this stupidity with as many people as I can. The 2 guys working on Dec 27 have zero care for the customer. Had to run back and forth across the mall 3 times to get a simple exchange performed very shameful way for a business to operate. The thing I dont understand is why is Lids so much better than locker room and they are owned and operated by the same entity."
