"Not exactly sure how this business operates its online store front vs brick and mortar but I highly suggest to anyone planning on doing business with US Patriot to never use their website to order gear and apparel as they do not let you know what is out of stock off of their website, etc. I ordered a pair of gloves in Nov 22' and I'm just now receiving an order confirmation email, almost 3 months later. The kicker is that I called the customer service line at the top of the websites page to follow up, try and figure out where my order was several times back in November and even once in December. Numerous times, the phone was never answered and I sat on hold for 10's of minutes at a time BUT they were quick enough to respond to an email that I sent them 5 minutes after receiving an order confirmation email on the item that I ordered months ago. Horrible business practice for retail consumers but likely more reputable for corporate clients, this place has zero respect for the little guys. Stay as far away as possible"

"I literally just left out of the store and the customer service is too freaking tier. The guy who helped me out (jordan) was the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with in a store period. Yes it’s bit pricey but that’s a small price to pay for a great experience. 10/10 would spend half my paycheck here again. Side note: The music in there is always a vibe"

"This place was ok. I was just looking for boots. I think that's what they specialize in, which is good. Half the shop is filled with boot selections. I opted for a light weight Danner boot. They feel incredible. The clerk in attendance was helpful for the beginning to the end. If you had a question they followed you until you found something you needed. I actually came out of there with some American flag inspired ranger panties. Those look great for running. Couldn't go without. Go pick those up. The clothing options weren't that good. I expected to find something moisture wicking, but that was not the case. The t shirts were mostly cotton not polyester. It's ok though, at least I found what I needed. Also, I think they have a discount and they place it without asking so that's a plus."

"Went to a few military surplus shops in the Fayettville area. This was by far the most organized which makes finding what you're looking for easy. The prices were definitely better than average as well. This will be my first stop when in need of items."

"I have a hard time choosing boots. I brought in a pair of boots that I'd had beyond the 30 day return, but hadn't worn them outside. The person on staff took them back. I exchanged a pair that I'd ordered from the corporate website for the same boot in store (different size) w/o an email confirming purchase. Their customer service is above and beyond. This company deserves your business."
