"So I have been coming to VIP nails for years! And I mean years! This time I went and got a full set as always, and as usual, they were very accommodating and the customer service is excellent. But the quality of the nails themselves have gone downhill. They looked ok at first, but within the first few days they already looked grown out, and within the week the paint started peeling and by the 6 day mark, I had already lost a nail. So I called and they told me to come by. The fixed my nail and repainted the ones that were chipping. The last said sometimes they only last a week. My nails don’t grow fast, and they’re thin. The very next day, I lost another one. I didn’t hit them. I was literally doing makeup and using a sponge and it fell on the counter. Now it’s been exactly 12 days & I’ve already lost 3 nails. I paid $95. $85 for nails, and 10 tip. I have been there before &usually my nails stay on 3 weeks to a month. And that’s with working or whatever."

"This was my very first time trying Nail Spa 1 and they are AMAZING, the service was top notch from beginning to end!! I really enjoyed my experience here, the guy who did my nails took his time and made sure I was very satisfied with my services!! He also kept me rolling and I love a great laugh so that's 2 thumbs up for me!! This shop is beautiful and they play AWESOME music!! I have found my new nail shop and they are definitely #1 in my book!!"

"I got my nails done on Sunday—gel polish-I went back Monday because the polish was peeling—Tuesday had to go back it was peeling again?! Was told that Victor was off could I come back Wednesday? I thought this was very rude!!!! I said no—I paid full price and wanted my nails polished? They had another guy paint them again. So the pics I am posting are from Wednesday when they peeled again. So sadly I am finished here. I was in Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Not going back again. (Just an FYI I have not had my hands in any kind of chemicals or anything of that nature.)"
