"Chris was really nice and he did a good job with my actual haircut. However, I prepaid for a shampoo, haircut and style. Everything was so rushed. He didn't rinse my hair long enough to get the shampoo out, so it was still sudsy. He also didn't bother using conditioner and used some leave in spray product that he said would condition it. After he finished my haircut, he asked me if we could skip the style because he was running behind. It was uncomfortable for me because I was looking forward to having my hair styled and I didn't want to say no. So I went along with it and told him okay. I left the salon with wet hair and had to head straight home to rinse the shampoo out and make myself presentable. I get much better service at Great Clips..."
