"just scheduling an appointment is a nuisance with you all. It took 3 days just to get my stylist to confirm my appointment. And then this morning she text me asking if we could come in early because she had a family emergency and had to leave by 3. Normally, I wouldn’t care except my daughter has a whole day of events planned prior to prom tonight so we couldn’t move it up, except she offered no real solution that anyone else would see her. Im sorry, true family emergencies don’t involve working part way through the day and leaving early or if she had cancelled any of her other appointments. Anyway, I called 7 other salons and finally found a stylist who will squeeze us in last minute but definitely could have gone without the frustration today. It would have been nice if one of the other stylists would have worked her in, it’s a short hair updo. But it seems you all don’t manage your salon in that way. It definitely left us with a bad taste and I doubt I will schedule with you all in the future. You should really re examine how you operate in the event things like this happen."

She has got to be the best hair stylist in all of Wilmington and maybe even NC. When I moved to Wilmington I was nervous to find a place to start getting my hair done. But anything I threw at Jessica this past year she was able to do. Whether is was going from black to a nice light balayage, doing a big chop, then a few month later wanted extensions to put length back. You name it!
