"Called this salon and a woman recommended me to Michelle for a partial/face frame highlights and trim. Ended up with a head full of over processed hair and botched hair cut that was extremely uneven. At first I didn’t notice anything wrong but I began to see the damage and how wrong this went. I found a new stylist who specializes in color and cut corrections. She informed me of how fried my hair was, how over processed it was, how I needed to get at least 5 INCHES!!! Off to cut away the dead hair due to the over processing. She took these pictures to show me the bleeding of highlights. For someone who gets my hair done ONCE maybe TWICE a year, this is pitiful. My hair has been falling out due to the damage and breakage. Just a few days ago I had thick healthy hair. I will now require haircuts every few weeks, continued deep conditioning treatments, and root smudges to fix this mess. What a shame. Please DO NOT GO HERE."

"My friend and I came here to get our hair and makeup done for prom. While Ashton was great to us and was very respectful, what we received was far from what we paid for. We had both asked for neutral colors on our eyes with some color on our face using bronzer and blush. What we got was far from that. My eyeshadow was yellow and maroon. I had little to no color. Whatever was used made both of us break out. Our hair was done and would have been okay but whatever she put in it before made it so that curls would not stay. My hair was curled 4 different times and was stick straight 15 minutes later which is totally abnormal for my hair. We read reviews and were very confident but this service was definitely not worth the price."

He's VERY knowledgeable about hair coloring and helps guide me when it comes to choosing a color or style so that I won't damage my hair, but get the look I'm going for. I've never worried once about my hair with him, I know for a fact no matter what I'm going to look amazing. He's really easy to communicate with and upfront about pricing and his prices are extremely fair. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!"
