"I asked for a manicure thinking I could get acrylic. The lady that did my nails made me feel dumb for not knowing that acrylic was called a “full set” and not a “manicure” and acted like she had to go out of her way to apply the acrylic (she had only cleaned me up at that point). She then gives me half the options for nail color, none that had the color I wanted and she even did a little design that I didn’t ask for. Not to mention the place looked very understaffed, so it took awhile before I was even acknowledged and the music they were playing was blasting in my ear as I was waiting for my turn. Neither an inviting or relaxing experience. The nails did turn out fine in the end so I’m not completely unsatisfied. Plus the guy that did my grandma’s pedicure was very friendly and made great conversation with her. Whereas my lady didn’t speak to me the entire time. To each their own, but I personally wouldn’t go back and spend the $100 on this place again."

"I am still in disbelief on how I was treated for a simple fill in. The women of the store (not sure if she was the owner but that would explain her behavior SOMEWHAT) she seemed bothered as soon as I requested said service. She completely dismissed my request on how I wanted my nails done. A simple request for French tip nails does not seem to be asking for too much however after requesting this she caught a major attitude, for no given reason at all! Almost forgot to mention she refused service after beginning work on 2 nails because I asked for her to sharpen up the shape! Walked out with 2 partially completely nails. NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE A 2ND HANDED CITIZEN!"

"I went in the salon on yesterday and I asked for a polish change and for my nails to be shaped I had previously gotten a full set at another salon but since I was in the area and I did not like my nail color I stopped at this place. When I walked in they asked me what I needed and I told her, she said OK and told me to sit in her seat. She began to remove my polish and then when she got on the third nail she told me that she was not finishing because she did not do my full set and she will not reshape my nails. I asked why she said my nails were already square and she did not want to shape them any more square than what they were. I begged her to since she had already started and I did not want to leave with 3 fingers without polish. She threw my hand back at me walked away and stayed in the back and never came back out. I asked her husband or the gentleman that was working what was wrong and he said she was uncomfortable shaping my nails because she did not do my full set. this is a basic service that most nail salons do no matter who did the previous set, he was doing someone else’s nails at the time the lady who was also receiving a service apologized to me and said that sometimes the lady is very grumpy and that type of behavior is to be expected. I will never return and I hope that she gets what karma comes back to her. She was so inappropriate and nasty I literally cried when I left. The man did say he would finish it once he completed a full set and a pedicure on the lady that was already sitting down. I left I was literally in shambles because I am very sensitive. I’m not sure who else to report this to but this place is terrible."
