Reviews of Nail Color
"I was a walk-in for my first visit. Had a simple manicure and Kyky was great. She did exactly as I asked. My hands and nails felt good and looked good when I left. She was polite, friendly and careful to do a good job. I made an appointment for my next visit and plan on trying a simple pedicure as well. The salon was clean, quiet and restful with a nice spa atmosphere. I enjoyed my visit."
"I went in to get my nails and feet done before I have my baby next week. Very relaxing and nice. Especially during the pedicure. The man doing my pedicure did such a good job I was getting sleepy."
"I DO NOT RECOMMEND ….Daughter and I walked in, both received pedicures. Gentleman, asked if we wanted nails done after first service, and I stated yes. I ask how long? He states give us 15mins, okay. He calls me to back and older couple comes in and ask for 2 pedicures. Lady running salon says pick out color and have a seat in chairs. Then another client walks in, I have 3pm appointment and same lady ask for worker to come from upstairs to service client. Next, a party of 5 walks in and ask if they could have pedicures. Then one worker ask and if any of them wanted nails done and client states sure. The lady states pick out color and have a seat in chairs. The client looks at lady running salon calls her by name and states thank you. Approximately, 15 mins later she walks over and states I need your daughter to come back in an hour, to get nails done. We try to work people in as we can but unfortunately I can’t and they had an appointment. The older couple that asked for pedicures earlier, one of the workers working on the gentleman finished massaging arm, then moved on to 5 walk-in’s and the wife sat there waiting on her service, with feet just soaking. I understand appointments but taking clients and saying one thing but doing another is unacceptable. All money isn’t good money and you just lost 2 new clients. I will never spend my money with business that dismiss and lie to there clients."
"The Single Lady Pedicure was absolutely wonderful! My service provider was amazing and very nice. Huge attention to detail and very gentle! I would go back weekly for this if needed! Got the shellac, which lasts a very long time, so maybe monthly new spot for me. A steal at $55 not including tip."
"I’ve came here 3 times and always had fantastic job done on my nails until today. Very unhappy and truthfully frustrated because I pointed out the mistakes to my nail tech (an older gentleman) and he blamed it on MY nails which is not the case the cuticle line is inconsistent as well as the file line at the top of the nail. Not to mention that the fact that my nail tips are showing through and not completely covered. I wish I had spoke up sooner as the nail tech looked very confused and kept having to correct mistakes (and when I say correct I mean a quick fix and I’m not a fan of that. much prefer you do it right and take your time and I would have compensated in tip for that quality of service) during the nail process. Now I’m stuck with $40 nails (might I add that was just polish not hand massage or any soaking of my nails, nothing) I don’t like for serval weeks and have to find a new nail salon."
