"walked in and requested a full manicure and dip powder nails. He immediately started filing my nails, then proceeded to start the dip process. I asked him if we were still doing the manicurr, and he told me he wanted to do that part after the dip was on… so it “wouldn’t stick” to it. Bizarre, but ok. We get a layer on, and he takes a cuticle trimmer, dry trims my cuticles and shoves them back. No soaking prior. Then he puts the top coat on, says to wait 5. Comes back, rubs them and they’re sticky like glue and ruined. He tells me he has to redo the top coat without any explanation. After way more time.. buffing them back down, repainting, and drying… they’re finished. They’re extremely thick, and I’m definitely not satisfied for the $60 I spent. At the end, he decided to give me a hand massage with some cuticle oil. I would have rather had a true manicure than the 2 minute massage I didn’t care about. I won’t be going back."

"First and last time here. I can’t say I was scammed because I let it happen. But I wanted a basic pedi and mani with regular polish and my wishes were not respected. I went in thinking I would spend around 50 dollars and ended up at 100 with tip. Am I happy with service and results? Yes. But I don’t like being bullied into paying for things I didn’t want."

"I came here a couple of months ago to get a pedicure for my birthday. It was incredibly rushed and the polish on my toenails were uneven. My full pedicure including painting was done in 20 mins. I would never go here again. The only reason I remembered to post this review is because I came to Palais Nails. This is the best experience I’ve had in Leland thus far. Please choose Palais instead."

"Worst experience i’ve ever had getting a fill in. I dealt with bad service, comments, and rudeness. I asked my tech if they were able to do something beforehand and their answer was yes but they should’ve obviously said no. i asked for a sharp coffin and i didn’t get that. the shape was absolutely horrible, my nails did not match what so ever. i asked while still sitting in the same spot for the things i didn’t like to be fixed and i was ignored. i brought it to their attention again and they offered me $10. i’m not happy with that at all, not to mentioned they burned my friends nails on 4 separate nails. When i asked them to be fixed they only shortened them more instead of fixing the shape. Once i was finally accommodated they did a “touch up” and used a completely different color then what was on my nails. i’m overall very upset and unsatisfied."

"I absolutely adore this place. I have been getting my nails done for years and was never able to find a place that did exactly what I wanted, but they get it perfect every time. The staff is friendly and personable, and great to talk to! Their prices compared to other places with their quality seems unmatched and I always have a good experience when I go in.
