"I’ve never been so poorly treated at a lululemon. I got chewed out for “wearing my aligns way too often”- like that was a bad thing I love them and own 6 pairs?! And the employee tried to refuse their supposed “quality guarantee for life” when a seam had come open on my newest pair- obviously a manufacturing issue. The female employee would not let up and kept assuring me I would ruin all my leggings, even as I was trying to leave the store and get away from her. Go to a different location. I’m never coming back."

"We visited the Raleigh North Hills Store #13021 today and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the immaculate store, amazing products, and the absolute most precious staff!!!! This was our first experience in a Lululemon store, rather than the online experience, and Liz and Jami gave my family their undivided attention! You can tell they love their job and were so familiar with all the products! Today was a great day! ♥️ Thank you so much!"

"I came in today to return some items from my daughter’s tennis purchases. She needed certain skirts for school and the first set didn’t fit so we had to immediately order replacements online to ensure we had the correct size for the start of the season. Bailey was irritated that the skirt as she stated appeared damaged on the hem. I don’t disagree, but it arrived that way. In fact the replacement size I ordered also came with a spot that we had to scrub to get out. So clearly they don’t inspect items anymore prior to shipping. Either way, it came that way and they need to take it back that way. Obviously it had not been worn she could have checked my account to see I ordered the exact same item in a different size already because it wasn’t in the store. My irritation is that she said I was rude when in reality she needed a pep talk to handle basic customer service. Lululemon needs better shipping and way better customer service training."
