"I live down the street and a lot of the people washing their cars, blast their music so loud it has been waking up my newborn constantly throughout the day and rattling my windows. For perspective, I live 2 blocks away. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to be playing music that loud. People are also using it to do drug deals at night. I have not been able to get the owners on the phone to discuss the issue as it always goes to a full voice-mail."
