"Honest people, they do great work at reasonable price. Have used them twice to refinish floors. Beautiful results."
"I had an excellent experience with Mark and his guys. We had our hardwood floors completely stripped and refinished. We had some water damage from a leaking shower that they cut out and laced back new flooring to the existing. Additionally, our neighborhood is known to have moisture issues which caused some "cupping" of our flooring. These floors are smoother than the day they were first installed now! My wife has an excellent eye for detail. She found some areas she wanted touched up during the project, and Mark was quick to respond to our concerns and ensured the finished product is excellent. We hated our natural oak floors. They were scuffed up from the previous owner, and the color was just not to our taste. We now have beautiful espresso colored flooring, and are amazed it's the same home!"
"Navajo did a poor job on refinishing floors, broke chunks out of wood floor and filled in with material that didn't match color, didn't do work they were supposed to, dumped garbage in back yard"
"I had my flooring throughout my house done by this company. They failed to reinstall the doughnut under the toilet in the main bathroom which resulted in my having to replace the complete floor. They also said that they had repaired some soft spots in my kitchen and living room, not so. I have since had to replace all of the flooring, to include subflooring. I would not recommend them to put a floor into an outhouse. They were totally unresponsive to complaints."
"We had Navajo replace carpet with hardwoods in our living room & stairwell and add LVT from linoleum in the kitchen/sun room. The owner, Mark, came to the house with samples and we visited their showroom before making our ultimate decision. Pricing was all in and not a'la cart like the three local big box stores. The big stores give you a price but then itemize staples, a cutting machine, glue, furniture moving, quarter round, etc. I don't like that type of pricing. Navajo gives an all in price and takes it from there. Another thing the big box stores do is use out of town contractors to come in for the work. Finally, they schedule the job weeks out. For Navajo, once you pick your materials your job gets done in the same week. From furniture moving, install, and cleanup, these guys did great. My absolute favorite thing about Navajo Flooring is they have long term employees. The shop guy Tim and one of their installers has been with the company for two generations of family ownership. We're talking two 30 year employees. A third installer had over 15 years with Navajo. It's a testament to any company when your employees stay an entire career. You can tell that these guys are like an extended family and they want you to be satisfied before they leave. Bottom line: quality, professionalism, and all in pricing with guys that care about their work make this the best choice in flooring contractors. I will use Navajo next year when I have my upstairs redone."
