"I have used ABC Plumbing a few times in the past and had great results. I got a surprise water bill that was almost triple my normal usage, and I called them for service for leak detection, and Shannon called me back a few minutes later and said they would be here same day. They were at my house within 2 hours of my call. They quickly diagnosed the leak to be a toilet that was constantly running slowly enough that we couldn't hear it. They were in an out, the cost was very reasonable, and the workers were very courteous and professional."

"I have never really shipped at a plumbing supply store but this has changed my mind. They were able to ID exactly what I need and pick it from a wide array of parts. They can fit the entire Big box store faucets etc into a little corner of there store. More importantly, they have deep knowledge plumbing. After buy stuff that did not fit right from the big box stores, I am delighted."

"Extremely Poor customer service!! My 80 year old mother tried to have a conversation about a bill that she had received for service that did not happen. The service men within 10 minutes of arrival could not do the repairs. My mother explained to the woman. Who answers the phone that the bill was to be paid by a third party insurance company. A company previously used by my mother to have ABC service her. The woman who answers the phone told my mother that they no longer do business with that company because of a debt not being paid. My mother did not have a clue that the companies no longer do business with each other. The office lady was extremely rude to my mother, and would not give a compromise in the solution of an analysis that took the service me 10 minutes to conclude. As a business professional I am very confident the owner or management does not know what there employees are doing or saying to their clients . Any company who talks down to their clients and elders will eventually reap what they sow. I would not recommend doing business with this company until they realize how important customer service is."
