"I wanted to love the full package from this salon, seeing that it had 5.0 stars but my experience was different. Now, the nail tech is the sweetest. Extremely kind and listen to customers concerns. Unfortunately, I had to go back after my nails started chipping and the polish on my toenail was coming up in less than a week. I went back to the nail salon and they fixed it with no issues no charge. Now, the same issue is happening again in less than another week. I’ve never had this issue with the polish on my toenails prior to coming to this nail salon. However, the nail techs are very understanding."
