"I went there and one of the men filed my big toe nails sideways, he kept hitting my skin with the drill, digging his fingernails into my skin, and not doing what I requested. He even broke my real nails off. I asked for another nail tech. She tried to fix what he did but she kept drilling my skin too and the gel polish on both thumbs came up. Never going there again. I've been getting my nails done over 20 years and this, by far, was the worst experience ever."

"I always go to else where but went here due to having a gift certificate for Mother’s Day. Reminded me why i haven’t been in forever. They sat my feet and cold water, very unpleasant but they did run some warm water about 30min later. Attitude from the lady was very poor! She decided to do clients feet and then go touch her phone and everything else with the same gloves she was doing the person’s feet with ( yuck) . Chairs are ran down, need to be updated, and cleaned off; at least wiped down, bathroom yuck. Last but not least the lady/ wife’s attitude towards the other customers > YUCK!"
