"What place ESPECIALLY OPEN SUNDAY employs someone that can't do a fade because they dont know how, and didn't go to barber school?? It seems completely asinine, but that's what I get for trying to get my 12 year old son a haircut on a Sunday at Walmart... won't make that mistake again."

"I am going to be completely honest, my mother had not been to a salon in 20 years, so I thought it might be a nice gesture for her to go out and get her hair done. We made an appointment for a haircut, and for it to be dyed black. The only other request is that it would not be cut too short (given that her hair was about 3 or 4 inches past her shoulders, she would only want about 5 or 6 inches off for the weight). When we got in she selected the hairstyle, but again requested that it would be a little longer than in the image. The woman who started doing her hair began to cut it and cut it more. My mother stated again that she didn't want it too short and started to feel around for how short she had already trimmed it. The woman requested that she start dying the hair and then come back to cutting it later. She dyed her hair as requested and got back to the scissor. At one point, the worker brought out an electronic razor to "fix it." At this point we realized that the worker would not listen to nor handle any simple instructions. Mind you, this was not supposed to be a big ordeal, it was a simple cut and color, anyways after an argument about the woman's experience, she admitted that she had only had her license for about a year. When we got home we reevaluated the hair to find that it was cut way too short, uneven (with pieces ranging from it original length to 4 or 5 inches), and felt wiry and burned. This was the worst experience that we have ever had in a salon."

"I would give no stars if I could. Had a 10 am appointment so I got there around 9:45 am. I stood in Walmart until 10:30 and no one showed up. This was my first time booking with them and will definitely be my last."

"My daughter and I had appointments for 5:30. Got a phone call asking us the come in at 5. We agreed. Living 13 miles out, we arrived at 5:10, and she said she had an appointment at 5:30 and was supposed to have left at 5 (which she did not mention on the phone) and wouldn't have enough time to do both (only trims needed). She asked the other hairdresser. The other hairdresser looked at me and said she didn't do bobs. What? I reminded them that we had appointments, and they just looked at me. My daughter did get her hair cut."
