"My car has been there for 3 weeks almost and after first waiting for him to get to my car after a week and a half, he tells me it's one thing so I'm like okay let's get it fixed, and then I have a week later he says it's another thing, so I'm like okay well let's get it fixed you know I need my car. And then another whole week later he saying he ran the diagnostics and come to find out it's something totally different. So yeah after 3 weeks this is absolutely crazy I don't know what these so-called mechanics are doing in there but they aren't fixing cars that's for doggone sure!"

"Took my car there last week to be fixed and they didn't do anything with it. We had to drop it off at 9am. Someone was supposed to call us and let us know if it was ready. No one called us at all. We had to called and they told us to get the car but the car is still doing the same thing and now we have to take the car again this week. I just want my vehicle fixed. The guy at Quinn's said that the ladies up there would help me but they haven't done anything to fix my car yet. They claimed somebody check it out but it hasn't been checked."
