You call about a product they refuse to share info on it and tell you that you will have to come just to get a price point etc. doesn’t matter if you stay a long way. Their service is terrible!! They needto learn how to appreciate customers especially those who have shopped here several times then maybe they will keep customers. Hope a new shop with better service and quality products come and take them out of business. Tired of poor services at hair stores."

Was turned away for service because I brought my service dog into place of business. A place of business which doesn't even have an no animals tag on their windows excluding service animals tag."

You can only purchase the demo wigs...and at full price! Both my daughter and I left wigs that we wanted in the store, because they refused to sell the new ones available in stock. Tragic!"
