"I’m honestly shocked by my recent experience. Both my friend and I were charged to include a tip on the receipt without being told. The receipt did not call out that a tip was added, I just happened to have asked because it cost significantly more than what I normally pay for the same service. This was my second time here and I don’t believe they did this the first time because I thought that it was reasonably priced. From someone who has gotten their nails done regularly once every 3 weeks for the past 10 years and at many different salons, I’ve never had someone do that before and it is deceitful and unacceptable. Also, I was planning to tip more than what they had included, but I’m assuming they were hoping that I would tip twice not knowing, which is what happened to my friend that was with me."

"This was the best experience I have ever had going to a nail salon. I live over a hour away, but best believe I will make that trip just to get my nails done here every single time. Absolutely flawless job, beautiful service. I immediately felt at home, and like family. The attention to detail was phenomenal, she took such good care, and made sure everything was perfect, from the filing to painting. She was so dedicated to the design that I had wanted that she went out of her way to look up a tutorial on YouTube even though I told her it was fine and that we could do something simpler. 10/10. Go here!"

"I almost don't want to leave a review because once people find out how great this salon is, it may end up too busy and I won't be able to get in ;). I have tried several nail salons in the area but nobody can do nails as well as Orchid can. The precision and quality of their work is amazing, and they go the extra mile to accommodate and please their customers. The shop is beautifully decorated with soothing colors and the pedicure chairs are luxurious. The customer service is outstanding and they go out of their way to offer refreshments and make customers comfortable. The nail tech even asked me if I wanted to adjust the air conditioning since the weather was particularly hot that day. At this point I wouldn't even consider visiting another nail salon. It would just be silly and a waste of time and money. This place is a lot better than the average nail salon."

"TL/DR : they’re awesome and I recommend them. I would totally recommend this place! I’ve gone here before after a disaster at another nail salon for my birthday in Oct 2022. I decided to come back to this place for my wedding nails! I love glitter but wanted something casual since fancy event. First I had a misunderstanding with the nail tech about the length and since they were cut too short I wasn’t able to get the shape I wanted. Given wedding planning is stressful I kinda had a meltdown about it and so I let them know and the owner reached out and fixed them for me! I had tips added since I wasn’t able to get almond with my little nubs haha. They turned out amazing! Especially clearheaded now the shape really made a difference. I appreciate the patience and resolution and can genuinely recommend and praise this salon!!"
