"I called the store and my greeting was like I was calling a corner store. I arrived and spoke to the person that I spoke to on the phone. He had on sneakers and jeans like we were at the bar and not a SUIT STORE! (you would think he'd wear nice clothes, everyone else was) OK... he took my measurements, I ordered a black tux with silver vest (rented). It was the day of my anniversary party, I came in to pick up my order. Something told me to check the order... I looked inside and to my surprise.. there were NAVY BLUE pants with a black stripe down the leg! Again, I ORDERED A BLACK TUX! I brought it back in as I was at the car when I noticed it. The manager was professional, and offered a full refund; however, my wife had my card that I did the transaction with. I STILL had to try to make it work. When I put it on (with my own BLACK suit pants) ... EVERYTHING WAS TOO BIG! Sleeves hanging off my hands. I had no time. I had to wear is to the party that I was already I was late for! When I returned it the next day, the guy that originally took my order was there. I told him sir, you ruined my anniversary party! ... his reply, MY BAD! My advise, don't go to the kid with the dreads! don't rent, go somewhere else!"

"I got fitted for a new suit today and had a great experience. Gary fitted me for a jacket, pants, and a vest and was spot on with the measurements. I was in and out within 30 minutes of my appointment and the suit fits perfectly—no alterations needed! Thank you, Gary!"

"This store gives this brand a bad name. I came here for an appt to get fitted for a wedding and no one was in the store at the time of my appt. Then Anzio, the employee who finally walked into the store helped me. He barely said anything to me and almost acted like I wasn't there! Finally ringing me up without even understanding what I was there for! There are a ton of business who do what this company does so customer success is a key differentiator. Moving forward I'll be buying from a company who cares more about their customers. Don't come to this store or it will be a waste of your time."

"Worked with Gary this morning to find suits for both myself and our son. He clearly knows what he’s doing, I felt confident letting him lead my decisions and am very happy with our suits and accessories. Impressive to watch only two associates handle a busy Saturday morning with kindness, patience and hustle. We never felt ignored. I look forward to shopping there again. Thanks Gary!"

"Poor service. Went in to buy a suit for an interview. The man attending to me did not measure me at all and did not listen to my interest in buying both a navy and black suit. Guessed my chest size and gave me a navy suit to try. I am not well educated on suits and was under the impression that my suit could be altered to fit me better. The tailor was completely rude, lazy, and was not helpful at all. I asked for any possible alteration to my coat and asked for it to be tightened up. She recommended a center seam at the back but said that it would look ugly. I was unable to get a second black suit and did not want to because she was rude and would evidently not want to do another alteration. After picking up my suit, I had to go to a completely other tailor because I knew it would not be properly done here. The only thing giving this one star is that Chase was amazing."
