"I had really high hopes for this place after looking at the website. So I drove 30 minutes only to arrive and be told that everyone was out to lunch. Alright.. "When will everyone be back from lunch?" >"Usually in one to two hours." I was also asked if I had an appointment yet there is no mention of needing one on the website - so I figured I'd go home and call the next day to make an appointment. I call the next day and I'm speaking to someone over the phone and request an appointment, the person on the phone very rudely puts me on hold and comes back and just tells me a date and time with no real other opportunity to discuss any days or times - but just because I wish to get this over with I agree with what's provided. I then get told I don't even have to provide a name or any kind of info.. which makes you wonder - what's the point in making an appointment then if they can't even verify my appointment when I show up?? Either way, this place seems to overcharge people and waste their time and would rather value good reviews over good service. Just take your business elsewhere because they clearly do not value other people's time in the slightest."
