"Got my nails done here today and everything was amazing. From the second you walk in you can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into this nail salon. It’s beautifully decorated and so clean. And to make it even better the customer service is top tier. I was offered a drink within 2 minutes of entering the salon and even though I was a walk in they were able to start my service immediately. Temi did a wonderful job on my manicure and pedicure and made sure everything was perfect. Some places will ignore the cuticles and get you out quick but not at Elan. Temi took her time to make sure it was quality work and I can really tell she cares about her craft. I will definitely be coming back."

"Cherry Road Location - Just save your money and go somewhere else. This is my usual spot but lately it's been sooo bad. I've NEVER had to ask for polish to be removed but I did recently here. The lady gave a poor pedicure overall but the polish is where I drew the line. I asked her to remove the polish but she insisted that she try again. (She also blamed my toes, but whatever). The second attempt was worse than the first and I asked her to remove it again and let me leave. I still paid $30 for the worst pedicure I've ever gotten in my life. I’m including a picture so you know that I’m not exaggerating. It was BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD. To top it off, they would not refund me."
