"I called El Tejano Ropa Vaquera and received EXCELLENT service! The lady that answered the phone was very polite and took the time to answer my questions. Before I called El Tejano, I called Hacienda Western Wear and the lady that answered the phone hung up on me!! Seriously, she did! Why??? Because she couldn't understand me....so instead of putting someone on the phone who speaks English, she just hung up. Behavior like that makes me so grateful when I call another store and receive polite responses to my questions. Thank you so much for your professionalism!"
