"Tried to get new tires and the guy just flat out refused to put my tires on don't even waste your time here"
"They never answer the phone. Ever. EVER. You can't schedule anything online, so you have to call. Please know you will have to do everything in person, and those folks aren't helpful either."
"I had a very negative experience at this tire center. It took me a total of 5 visits to finally get my tires replaced. I was also shocked by the level of unprofessionalism by some of the employees, particularly Terrence. The only person I was happy to deal with was Richie, who actually had some social skills and was willing to help me. I was worried for my safety for about 2 weeks since my tires were down to 2/32 tread remaining. What should have been a relatively simple tire replacement, was a very frustrating and long process. These were my five visits: 1. I come in to ask tires for my car which are 245/45R19. I understand that 19" tires are not that common, and they confirm with me that the tires I want have to be special ordered on the app. So I do it and wait 5 days for the tires to arrive at this location. 2. The tires come in and I show up at around 2pm. First they told me the tires didn't come in and they couldn't find them. I show them the email saying they've arrived. After 10 minutes of waiting, I see a stack of Pirellis and ask "aren't these the tires?" And they sure were. Not sure how they missed them since they were in plain sight. They just kept repeating to me that the tires didn't come in. Finally, they tell me that they cannot install them anyway because they were pretty busy that day so I need to make an appointment. I pay about $840 this day for the 4 tire set, which to be honest was a big mistake on my part because now I am stuck with their service and I have to deal with any future incidents. 3. I come back with an appointment 3 days later. I was "greeted," or rather acknowledged by Terrence which had a very negative attitude. He's like that kid that the mom forces to do some chores and he does them in a mediocre way, while sighing the whole time and dragging his feet around. He printed out a paper and told me to sign. I pointed out he had the wrong 17" tires (mine are 19") in the work order and he just crumpled up the paper and threw it in the trash without saying a word. Then he was struggling to find the right tires AGAIN, which I could see the whole time, so I walked over to the tires and ask "aren't these my tires?" so we could get going. He tells me it's going to be about an hour so I leave and take an Uber home. I come back 1.5 hours later after I get tired of waiting for the call, and he tells me they couldn't do anything because they don't have the right size socket for my lug nuts. This is really where my frustration begins. Why didn't they call me in the first place since they had my number when they took in my reservation? Then they tell me I have to get the correct socket for my car because their manager won't approve ordering it. I don't have time to deal with any of this since I had another commitment elsewhere in an hour. So I make another appointment for a different day. 4. I come back with the socket. I'm again acknowledged by Terrence which again has a negative attitude. He tells me he can't do anything because I didn't bring the receipt this time. I go to customer service and get one printed out. I signed the work order again. I ask him if he needs to take down my phone number so he can call me when it's finished, and then go sit down. 40 minutes later he calls me and tells me he couldn't do anything because the socket I brought is too shallow and doesn't fit their torque gun. I have to get a deep impact socket, but none of this is communicated. I have to figure out this by myself and a thanks to a helpful worker at AutoZone. 5. Finally come back with the right 21mm deep impact socket at 7am. I even removed the lug nut covers so they can get me in and out faster. I wait 1.5 hours even though I'm the only customer there and they didn't even replace the lug nut covers. Please save your money and go somewhere else! It really is not worth the effort."
"Booked an appointment for a tire rotation twice. Went in both times to hear them tell me I didnt have an appointment and had several cars ahead of me. Dont waste your time here."
